[GAMEPLAY] Spell vamp not healing correct amount.
I invested my IP into 3 spell vamp quints, given that spell vamp is a rare commodity nowadays. I played Ryze, and with the spell vamp runes, I felt as if I were back in the olden days.
I took on Drake, beating the beast down with an onslaught on spells. As I did so, I noticed that the amount healed on empowered Q's were the same as normal Q's. This surely cannot be, since empowered Q's do 80% more damage than normal Q's, and I would expect 80% more healing. I feel as if I am being cheated from maximizing the potential of spell vamp runes. A lot of healing is lost, because empowered Q's make up a large portion of Ryze's damage. This not only applies to Drakes, but any targetable enemy (thanks to testing with the useful, new practice tool).
Is this intended? I would be very happy if someone on the balancing team would just give a simple yes or no. These runes are expensive, and I am not satisfied with their performance. If my runes are defective, I'd like to swap them out for new spell vamp quints that work. They are in the condition that I bought them in.
