[Gameplay] Shyvana E cooldown reset

1. Use dragon form.
2. At a really low amount of fury (around 2) when you are about to transform back into human form, throw your E out.
3. When you transform back into human form, your E will be off CD.

My friend showed me this bug. It can be pretty tricky to time correctly, but I feel a pro can perform this bug consistently. This works 100% of the time if done correctly. Not sure if this matters, but my friend was using ironscale shyv when he showed me.
