Report a bug in hex craft

Bad bug. Unable to level up a champ to level 7. After recent match the last S+ came through and the notice as well. Went to hex store to hex lvl 7 and I have the blue for it.it cycles through and then nothing. It won't lvl up and the box goes grey. Not my first time doing this for a champ So not sure whats wrong. Please fix.
