Malz E bug on ARAM

I was playing as lux walking up the lane with low health when malz bug showed up bit me and gave me the "Space aids" so of course I thought he was in the bush but he wasn't and when I died and looked he was walking to lane with full health I got so mad cause I knew nobody died near me to give me it cause I was between our two towers and my entire team was alive and I wasn't near any minions so I asked the malz and he didn't know either.
