Karthus Q Able To Cast Outside of ARAM Map

Not a huge bug (more visual), but Karthus' Q is able to be viewed and cast outside of the ARAM map. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be allowed or not but it looked "off" to me so I thought I would post it and see what people had to say. I have attached a picture showing what is happening.

I guess it's almost like Ashe's W being able to be shot over the wall, but it's just the fact that it can be cast outside of the wall.
