So Many Bots In Dominion

I just played a game of Dominion for fun and every other character was a bot. All nine champs were being botted. They all started about 20 seconds late and both teams followed the exact same paths and did the exact same things. I am sure Riot is aware of this, but maybe there should be an option to report for botting or something? I am sure this has been posted before, but it just bugged me so I thought I would share my thoughts. It always seems to be at night that the bots are on because there are less humans playing at that time and less of a chance to get reported I guess.
