Morgana ult zhonys bug

today in my game I played support morgana, and when i zhonys hourglass and i ult then hourglass the enemy never left the circle but they never got stunned. i know non of my items conflicted with it cause i run the same items and the pros but i have no idea why the enemy did not get stunned.
