[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q locked and unable to re-cast

Every now and then Sion's Q would lock and lose the ability to cast. Now, I'm not 100% sure how it starts, but from my experience there is a high correlation to this ability, smart-casting, and Sion's ultimate. I play with Q on regular cast and all other abilities on smart-cast. I have had my Q lock several times very quickly after using my ultimate, but I've had it lock without even being level 6, so there's a chance it's coincidence.

I have been able to consistently fix this issue by using my ultimate. One time I had this issue prior to level 6. I don't believe dying fixes the issue. However, I found that by changing Q from regular cast to smart-cast mid-game, it fixed itself instantly. I've only tried this once, and it worked. I don't know if it works every time.

I run into this problem once every one to two games, so fairly frequently. I've had it happen multiple times in a single game before, but that's rare.
