[GAMEPLAY/VISUAL] Shock Blasts Disappearing

Map: ARAM Champion: Jayce Skin: Debonair

I'm unclear if this was a gameplay bug or a visual one, but about 50% of the time, when a Accelerated Shock Blast reached the end of its trajectory, instead of playing the explosion, the blast just vanished. Most of these happened when I didn't have vision of the area (firing into aa bush), but it happened out in the open, as well. The enemy team was oddly silent, so they wouldn't tell me if the vanished shock blasts were still doing damage, but I'm about 70% sure that they weren't.
