Setting "RollerButtonSpeed = 0" no longer disables mouse zoom.

Hi,

For players who don't want to accidentally zoom the screen in, the setting "RollerButtonSpeed = 0" no longer works when you add it under the mouse section of your Input.ini file.

Does anyone know when this will be fixed? Are there any workarounds in order to disable this behavior if you don't want your mouse wheel to control zooming in and out of the screen?
