Q is being blocked by any and all enemy abilities with heavy particle effects currently. W volley will block her Q the moment they collide. Any R Living Artillery will block it due to the crater left behind on the ground being considered the same as a Wind Wall.

If this is related to April Fools then it's not even remotely funny since basically it means Anivia can't do anything, especially in Arams or in All For One.
