Jayce stutters the game and he should be disabled.

The enemy picks kled and i pick Jayce (for obvious reasons) and Q+E stutters the game and sometimes when i dont use abilites at all and the game itself stutters. I am suprised that this isnt fixed or jayce disabled.

I didnt know of this when i picked him.
