I can't use my keyboard for abilities or hotkeys in game?

I just loaded up an ARAM after a couple days and tried to level my abilities as Azir with my hotkey set up, and it never worked. After i leveled them up manually I tried using them and could not. I spammed the keys - like face rolling the key board- and one would go off. .-. I've no idea why this is happening.
