[Client] Visual Bugs and Crashes during Champion select

So this has been going on for about 3 days now but I have been getting constant crashes when locking in my champion which prevents me from changing any of my runes masteries or summoners (fun fact got harassed all my last game by the Voli because of it (like chat restriction levels of harrassed) but that's besides the point), I can attempt to force close the client which either works and I get a dodge or doesn't and still forces me into the game.

I have tried repairing the client to no avail, even reinstalling doesn't seem to prevent it from occurring after a few games again.

The visual bugs aren't so bad they just prevent me from seeing any of the dropdowns/champion portraits/ or chat until I either hover over them (all but chat and champion icons) or type something (only fixes chat), Bringing up the masteries edit glitches out as well and doesnt allow me to see anything that is there.
