Cannot Turn up sound in highlights

Hi [slayer-jinx-wink] I have recently encountered a problem with highlights where I physically can't turn up the volume. The speaker icon is grey and I can't click on it. I've tried a couple things and looked up some solutions online, but nothing has worked so far. If someone could help me that would be great. I'm not tech savvy so it may be a simple fix.

Same here !!! I have about 30 highlights that have sound but ever since these past two weeks, my new highlights dont have sound and the volume icon is grayed out. I am using that In-Client highlight system.
