About 50% of the time I'm not able to hover any champipns at the beginning of champ selecr because the champions don't appear at all until i get to ban phase

Ive noticed a lot of bush-spell animations that seem buggy. Nautilus hooks appearing out of nowhere from a bush until thw anchor lands, morgana bindings that only show up about .5s before they reach their end, and some other spell casts similar to this. Just seems like there is something that isn't showing the animation of spells the moment they leave the bush
