Vi has been broken since last patch

Everytime i press Q as Vi the game LAGS OUT COMPLETELY.

I spike from 50 ping, to 300-2000 instantly after pressing the Q button,

And i lag longer the longer i hold the Q down, so this makes it nearly impossible to land the skill shot that she direly needs to be effective in the jungle.

Why am i the only player seeming to have this problem??

Do i have to red/l the client AGAIN?

Why would ONLY VI, laggout when u press and hold a skill shot?

This does not happen with any other champ, and im sick of picking Vi, thinking it was just a one time bug,

Only to be unable to land her only skill shot from a lag attack thats not on my end.
