Twitch Prime Loot.

Hello, I'm making this post because I have rising concerns regarding the Twitch prime loot event that is coming to pass. My issue is that i seen a lot of people who are not actually getting their rewards and sadly to say I'm also one of those users. I made sure to do everything right, linking my account first then coming to claim the rewards. Firstly i heard it could take a little time to get the items so i waited a while after claiming the first reward which i still have not come to get, now its come to the second one and i made sure it was claimed while being online and still no items.

Is there any way this could be looked into and possible rectified?, i would honestly like to get the twitch prime loot as its a nice little reward but it seems to just be so bugged at the moment :(

So I have this issue too and I've been sending many emails to specialist and phone calls. Of course their catch all is "working on it." The only Progress I've noticed is that before, the Claim button was still there and the items were not represented as claimed. Now they are claimed, I'd have to assume the timer has begun for me. IDK I'm asking about it now. Does your first capsule say claimed or is it still saying claim now?

Mine just popped up in my crafting inventory automatically without clicking anything for the 2nd month

Id like to bump this post, its still an issue now and the 3rd reward has come along and i still have not actually got any of the items... i really want these items and im just not getting them item 3070
