Twitch Prime Loot still not arived :(

Ok so i have made a post about this before and I never seemed to get any real help. its not at that point where the 3rd lootbox is out and iv still not recived any of the rewards onto my account. this is deeply upsetting as iv been wanting this loot for a while now.

To clarify for anyone concerned I claimed the rewards on the day they became available and I gave plenty of time so im sure i should at the very least have 1 of them by now. Regardless I really need some sort of solution as I dont want to miss out on the rewards :(
