Trying to work on getting a video of the occurrence. many players remarked in chat about it not doing anything so I was not the only client showing the issue. looking for anyone else who has seen a similar issue of know of a past issue that probably wasn't fixed or was fixed and has come back up.

I took a look at your match history on op.gg and found the game, and noticed that the Irelia had bought a Hexdrinker that game. Since Garen's ultimate deals magic damage (unless the target is the Villain), Hexdrinker's shield will absorb most if not all of the damage.
