Teemo vs. Ekko bug (Or, Ekko Blind Passive bug)
If Ekko is blinded, he still applies stacks of his passive with auto-attacks.
No other champ does this, but he does. Imagine my surprise going Teemo to counter Ekko and discovering that he was still procing his third stack on his passive with an auto-attack. He missed the return on his Q every time, so I can assure that that didn't cause the final stack, and he was blinded right as he went in with E. He would therefore have 2 seconds of blind to keep him from completing the last stack. He still did it, though, and consequentially slowed me so much I couldn't do a thing to get out of his W range.
This isn't just a counterplay issue - this is a bloody clarity issue. How would anybody know that blinds don't stop his passive stacks from autos if there's not a single thing to hint at it? Other champs don't do this - if you blind them and they have AA stacking passives, they don't apply stacks. Hell, his E doesn't do damage if you blind him. Why is this a thing? Either fix it or clarify it.
