Minions blink ahead
For the lane that is pushed, minions running to enemy turret without resistance seems to blink or speed up. Sometimes, even my champion is near the minions, they still do it.

Ya. I've noticed that as well into season 2.
The minions will suddenly speed up. I think it is the game lagging and catching up.

the minions get affected by it too.. for some reason
IMO it has something to do with them picking the same location to walk to .. and you can do this with your champions as well.. it has something to do with just old programing. All is normal.. its just league.
