Cannot Remake

Hi Riot:

This has only happened to me twice in the past two weeks but it has been frustrating. A player will fail to load into game and will sit in base without items. After 3 minutes we cannot remake because of the response "remake is only available when one or more players fails to connect to the game". Both times we've had to play the entirety of the game without a 5th person (who never connected in either case).

Is rare instances the server still recognizes the disconnected players as connected, thus disabling remake option. It's a known issue, thank you for the report however.
