A game breaking frequently reoccurring client bug!

For the past 2 - 4 weeks every single time I finish champion select my client stops responding. I have to spam left click and tell it to close/wait. I choose wait. Then wait a while and the client begins to work. Then once I am in game I am getting 2 to 3 bug splats per game. Before it was 1 on every 2 games. I am currently AFK from my game. My client is crashing so often that my game has become quite literally unplayable. I have informed people of the issues several times over the past 10 months. The issue was orignally on mac. Now within the past few new updates my game crashes after, every, load in. This is happening on my brothers computer as well. I also re installed, did a virus scan (My virus scanner found malware in the RIot Games folder). I can assure it is a trust worthy virus scanner as it is the exact same brand the the government here uses. So I am not sure what is wrong but I would really like this fixed. I now get to enjoy a 5 to 10 minute AFK timer from this. if it were ranked I would have lost another game. I can not play this game until this bug is fixed. This means every patch I get to try one normal. If my game crashes I guess I'll try and play league a week from now. Can I hear there is going to be fix for this in the future. In the mean time I'm going to go play Warframe because it won't bugsplat every 10 minutes.
