in draft and freezes

in a recent game i was 4th pick and it got stuck at 2nd pick Ezreal with 0 seconds left on the timer and i had no indication of whether or not it was my turn, thus resulting in a dodge. I don't care about the 3 LP however i do think that this type of thing shouldn't happen and thusly i am submitting a bug report.
