Wifi goes out only during champ select HELP

This could just be terrible timing, but my wifi goes out only during champ select. When I am in-game, my wifi remains perfectly fine. When I go into champ select my wifi seems to go out, only on my computer. It is not on my phone or anyone else's devices. I think I have unintentionally lost 21 Lp from this because of the -3 Lp per dodge. I also had to wait a bunch. I just want to know if this is just me or if it happens to more people. The idea sounds dumb because many would say its just my wifi. This has happened one too many times to just be coincidental.
