[BUG] Ashe's ult is back to being invisible again

As in the title, something probably broke again, since yet again Ashe's ult is INVISIBLE, Happened multiple times during the match, might have something to do with using E and R simultaneously, I have no idea since I wasn't the one playing Ashe. The arrow is completely invisible, you can see the frost particles behind the arrow and it applying a stun but not it being in flight. Happened every Ashe ult after the first one(first one was fine if I remember correctly, at least it seemed fine), the Ashe in question used the DEFAULT skin.
