Repeatable Bug, Eve/leblanc
Storm Raiders surge won't Proc on Leblanc if her passive is up. tried it a few times now, Dropped her down 50-70% of her max Hp surge won't trigger, but if her passive is down it will.

write some lore for EVE! also -- some help in taking down a tank would be awesome for example 
can outright Destroy me I do like 10% of his their hp that regenerates right back before my cooldowns even reset -- as an assassin it would be nice if I could Hurt a tank some true dmg would be nice based on their Resistance, or a bleed effect that Actually hurts them based off their Passive Hp regen. I mean a 15% overshield ult is great -_- until you consider that just one of their wombo combo's takes me from 100% to 0. and with all these new lifesteal effects 20% hp dmg is recovered way too fast. you wanna see some cheese ? Get a soraka behind a Mundo. now Imagine being in a team fight, as Eve with Mundo as a main tank, with soraka in the back. even in a team fight, I can't Hurt a single member of the team fast enough for it to be effective, then they one shot wombo combo me. a lets play Eve video against any of these champions would be ... awesome. I mean I went in to kill a naut 2 levels bellow me with support items, and I felt kind of steam rolled. I know the concept of eve is wait until their cooldowns are down, and then slide in there, but You just try that against a Mundo.
