[Gameplay] 5.15 strange orange animation on Nidalee javelin cast

Im not sure if this animation is intended but ever since the 5.15 patch, javelins have a strange orange animation on her hands/arms before casting. This happens on all her skins on all maps. But I'm pretty sure this is a bug.
