When i got into champ select, there was nothing but a black screen. I couldn't do anything but open up the settings. Could there be an option to reload champ select so i'm not forced to lose LP and get a dodge penalty due to a bug?
Same thing happened to me, now I'm blocked for 30 minutes and lost some LP because I couldn't ban.

I also have this problem but it looks a little different because my friends list appears to the right hand side still while I am in the champ select, however I can't interact with any of it. I had run into other people with slimier issues. one person said they minimize it and bring it up as a temporary fix for them. Test that out in a Aram and if it works move on for now until rito has time to fix it.

Same here - on top of that, if someone dodges during champ select (when there's no black screen) then the client freezes but keeps me in queue.
Its the freaking system!!!! RITO PLEASE STEP UP AND FIX YOUR SHT! I HAVE HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR MANY GAMES NOW! AND I KEEEP GETTING KICKED OUT BECAUSE I CANT BAN OR SELECT!!!!
I have the black screen too, but I can also see my friends list (slightly faded out). It lasts for about 20 seconds (had nothing better than timing it several times). I checked in several queues, appears in all of them. First started with patch 7.4, not before, and every single game since. Submitted a bug report, let's see how long it takes rito to fix it.
