Unable to join Custom or enter Practice Mode after dodging, but only when using "change game type"

So this is really weird.

After dodging i am obviously locked out from queueing for a few minutes.

If I click play > custom or practice tool I can play there.

If I try to queue again for a matchmade game I will ofc recieve the message that i am blocked, BUT if I use the "change game type" button to go into custom or practice mode from there I will again recieve the same message and will not be able to play customs or practice mode.

Now I don't know if we are supposed to be locked out of customs and practice mode too, but this is inconsistent anyway and should be fixed.
