Spell no damage urf

So figured i'd just bring it up. I guess since urf mode is so fast paced you have to expect bugs and a big one is sometimes you do no damage or sometimes people do 2 spells at 1 time.

On a side note the spear on with the head hunter skin is invisible. The red effect is still visible but the spear itself is not. Not sure if that is only tied to urf mode or not.
