I've been sporadically not been able to click. (im sure it's not just my mouse)

I'm literally sitting in a game right now where my clicks aren't registering in the client. It's not lag, packet loss or what not, the indicator when you click is not appearing and it my character can not move, nor can i click on characters adn what not to see there builds. The weird thing is my keyboard is working in client and i can literally tell the people in the game that i cannot click anything. This has happened to me sporadically such as when im spectating a game and also a few patches ago.

P.S. I've just gotten the AFK warning but if i try to click the ok button it doesn't even react at that point.
