Diana passive not proccing Rylais with Sated Devourer

Title. Not sure if also happens without sated devourer but definitely with it I am not getting any Rylai's procs on her passive.

Rylai works on spell damage, not just magic damage.

Well, Rylai doesnt work well with Diana anyways... she is mroe burst that sustained anyways. If you need health go for RoA instead.

Unfortunately Moonsilver Blade does not apply spell effects.
