[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank always farms Silver Serpents and bonus gold

Gangplank is able to always get silver serpents when killing minions in any way (auto's, ult, and q ) after doing a small interaction with his barrel, parrrley and a minion.

Steps to re-produce:

1. place a barrel
2. shoot the barrel with parrrley when it has 3 or 2 ticks of health
3. leave the barrel at one tick and do not kill it
4. last hit a minion with parrrley EDIT: not actually needed
5. all minions killed will now give silver serpents
6. ?????
7. Profit (literally)

The bug stops if you kill a barrel, either the one you enacted the bug on, or any future barrels you set up, but can be re-done again.
