The Sion Dominion teleportation bug

Well, I just got in to a game where someone didn't connect a few minutes ago... And happened to stumble upon this gem.

When Sion dies and his passive activates, if the spawn fountain (Not sure if this applies to Rift or Treeline) Executes him, he's transported back to his own spawn with full hp. I don't know if this has been reported yet- probably had, but I found it pretty hilarious and worth mentioning here.
