Scuttlecrab speed shrine

The other game I was chasing down an enemy and I walked over the scuttlecrab shrine that my team had gotten I was expecting the speed boost to activate and speed me twards the enemy I was chasing but I got no speed boost at all. idk if its just this one incident or I its happened to others but pls fix if its a problem
