Velkoz's ultimate does not work after Q,W,E, combo!

It's happened 4 games in a row now after you do a very quick combo and then use ultimate. The laser does not come out + deals no damage + goes on cooldown. I main velkoz... i'm not canceling my ultimate and plus, velkoz is still in his "ultimate stance" as nothing is happening. I can move his gaze left and right as normal but the laser is gone and i'm dealing no damage with the ultimate!

Edit - It seems that his ultimate glitches out after doing a VERY fast QWE combo. I've died multiple times from this bug because i'm sitting there doing nothing with his "broken ultimate". Also around 2-3 times after successfully doing a QWER combo I can no longer use the ultimate for the rest of the game!
