I want to change my password but my email associated with this account has been deleted.

Also what board would this be on, or should I just submit a ticket? I would rn but I thought that was only for in-game stuff.

this sounds like a stolen account to me at least. If it isn't i'm truly sorry, you might want to send a ticket to riot they might have a solution for this kind of stuff.
