Somethings up with the punishment system

I DC'd from a game, came back because I was playing with people I know, finished the game out it was a total of 44:08 when it finally ended. I was dced for 5-7 min tops because our internet went down. In the post game lobby i get a notice saying, "You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors." I literally came back as soon as I could and haven't an AFK/DC in well over 3-4 months so its not like I'm constantly afking games here... Riot whats up with this punishment system?!?

5-7minuts trigger afk system. It doesnt care if it ws "as fast as u could"

It just means you cannot get any loot from this match, other matches will be ok. Atleast from my experience.

Just dont afk more or you will drop your honor lvl and you wont be able to get any loot. It took me me about 300 games to earn honor lvl 2 after chatban
