[GAMEPLAY] No buff is given from certain Sentries when using Nunu's consume. (100% Reproduction)

When using Consume, the buff that should be granted using consume, Elemental Delight, is only granted on some sentries. There are specific Sentries that will not grant the buff when others do, these being the left Sentry on Blue Side of Summoner's Rift and the right Sentry on Red Side.

Reproduction is straight forward and always accurate:

1. Choose Nunu into a game on Summoner's Rift.
2. Level Consume.
3. Use consume on the specific Sentry.
4. Observe that the buff "Well Fed - Elemental Delight" is not on your buff bar.

I have reproduced the bug 100% of the time in six custom games. The bug is not dependent on ability level or presence of Smite nor is it dependant on Keystone Mastery choice, runes, items, or lack thereof.
