Connection Issues

past few games i've had nothing but grief, players skipping all over the place and what can only be described as extreme desync

now im waiting 5 mins cuz i "dodged in champion select" though i was waiting for what seemed like just 30 seconds with braum selected.

it has just been since the very last mini-patch update thing a few days ago, so im assuming something got broke
