[Client] Buggy Chat

The chat client has had all sorts of bugs.

• It doesn't scroll anymore, so you have to highlight and drag.
• It sometimes re enters something you typed before creating spam.
• It sometimes types "**Chat Input".
• Sometimes doesn't send what you type.
• Not really chat client, but the waiting for players box didn't show the circle people.
• Other things I might have missed.

It started to be a problem after a while of playing League of Legends, so you might run into it regularly playing.
