[Bug]: Fiddlesticks Laugh SFX are missing! [Description]: During a game of Fiddlesticks Support, I made a play which resulted in a double kill for my toplaner. I pressed the /L command, which makes your champion Laugh. Fiddlestick's himself did the Animation, but he remained silent throughout the whole animation. No matter how many times I used the Laugh Command during the game, Fiddle would refuse to cackle.

I also made a thread for this a few days ago but no replies. The laugh hasn't worked for like 2 patches now, tried on multiple accounts. :(

A month later and it's still silent for me as well in all skins except Praetorian
