Evelynn's (also possibly Ahri's) charm bug.

Sometimes when you prock Evelynn's charm the enemy is only slowed by it (yes also when the charm is procked after fully charging) and the damage boosting effect is activated but the enemy can still cast abilities and auto-attack. This really makes waiting for the charm to load useless.
