Random DC

My game froze randomly and was saying "Reconnect please" right when I was respawning. (My internet stayed connected) In my client it didnt show I am still in a game and was able to que for bots? What happened to the other match????

It doesnt show in my match history or anything. Did the game just glitch out and cancel the game?
