I get that constantly (between every 3rd to 7th game) since the new client came live and I reported that bug several times and it's still not fixed.
Want to honor a teammate? Nope! Want to report a toxic player? Nope! Want to chat after game? Nope! Ask questions? Nope!
Please get that bug fixed! It's sjust sooooo

Haven't seen this bug in some time, but it looks like it may be resurfacing. Wait up to 2 minutes for the client to load in the data. If your on low specs mode or close client when entering a game mode, you will need to wait for the computer to open the client, restablish connection to riots server, and then wait for a data transfer. 2 minutes past that probably means a request timeout or bad server connection. Unfortunately then, you need to move past it.
You can however, report a player with a support ticket if the offense is very serious and you have a problem. Bear in mind that you contacting real people, and wasting their time is going to piss them off. They are there for support, not player management.
