Abilities stopped working mid match

While playing Sion, in ARAM, my Q and R stopped working. At first I thought it was a keyboard issue but both keys worked in chat. Neither ability could be used either with keyboard shortcuts OR even when pressing the ability icon in game. Never had a glitch like this before. Both abilities were working earlier in the match, but at some point, and for no apparent reason, they stopped functioning.
