League cursor dissapears

Along with this bug, pings are extremely bugged with the mouse flying off the screen, and you cannot chat either. I don't get why this happens but it has been happening forever. Sometimes my mouse gets stuck in the top left of my screen too. This bug has been reported since the beginning of time but it's still not fixed... For some reason you have to restart your computer to fix all these bugs.
