Anyone else's client buggy as all hell?

Ever since 6.10 my client has been acting up horribly. Queues and champion selects are laggy, champion pages don't load properly after taking a minute to load, I can't even exit out of the game without it lagging out. I repaired the client and it just made things slightly worse. Any other people having these problems or know how to fix them?
